Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request to return your item for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items

- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Sale or clearance items (unless specified otherwise)
- Opened or Used bath, body, personal care, or pet care products
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item to the address provided to you. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will apply a credit to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy.
Damaged or Defective Items

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
